Hot dipped galvanized wire is carbon steel with galvanized finish. Choosing wire rod is the most important step, then Descaling, Drawing, Spooling, Annealing, Acid pickling, Galvanizing, Take up and packing. Different zinc-coating types depending on the durability needed. Regular zinc-coating is about 40-60grams/㎡, and heavy zinc-coating is above 220grams//㎡. We test zinc-coating and tensile strength coil by coil, Packing and coil weight can be customized.
We have 7 galvanizing lines, one line produce wire from 0.4mm-1.5mm, other 6lines produce wire from 1.6mm-4.8mm. The output is 10000tons monthly.
